Fortalece tu liderazgo y tu llamado al servicio en tu comunidad. Inscripciones abiertas para nuestros certificados.
Transformación de la Comunidad: Hombres y mujeres, pastores y líderes cristianos, que desean aumentar su impacto en su liderazgo, adquiriendo conocimientos y habilidades de una manera que promueve shalom (el bienestar) de sus comunidades.
Ministerio de Niños: Este certificado capacita a líderes y voluntarios que sirven a la niñez a través de cuatro cursos prácticos.
Inscripciones abiertas hasta el 3 de Agosto 2026.
Duración: 4 cursos de 5 semanas cada uno, con descansos de 2 a 3 semanas entre cursos.
Modalidad virtual: Clases por Zoom los lunes de 6:30 PM a 8:30 PM (Hora del Pacífico)
Costo: $100 por curso ($400 total). Becas del 50% disponibles para el Certificado del Ministerio de Niños.

This 4-week course helps you design programs, models, and impact through a redemptive lens.
The second course is Redemptive Strategy. In this Redemptive Strategy course, you will:
- Articulate a purpose that guides strategic decision-making
- Redesign programs using redemptive principles
- Apply innovative methods to enhance existing programs
- Identify structural barriers and adjust programs to restore agency
- Develop a one-to-three-year strategy roadmap
- Identify key indicators your organization can track
