The ninth annual Spark Tank Social and Micro Enterprise EXPO was held on June 16 at FPU’s spectacular, new Culture and Arts Center Fresno Pacific University. More than 200 people witnessed five new Spark Tank Awardees, and interacted with many more micro enterprises and social enterprise award winners from previous years in an EXPO that had participants buzzing. They represented a constellation of businesses the CCT has helped to train and launch over the last nine years of the pitch fest and Social Enterprise Academy. Each are designed to accomplish healthy things for the community while generating sustainable revenue. Together, there are more than 120 businesses who have been trained in our system.
