Watch Two Spark Tank Winners Turn Their Funding into Impact

Meet Two of This Year’s Winners from The 2025 Spark Tank Pitch Fest

On April 10, we gathered at the Warkentine Culture and Arts Center at Fresno Pacific University for the 2025 Spark Tank Pitch Fest! Entrepreneurs from across the region took the stage to pitch their social enterprise ideas for potential funding. More than $20,000 was awarded to entrepreneurs ready to make a difference. And this year’s winners reminded us that even the smallest seed of an idea, when nurtured, can grow into something life-changing.

Watch the video below to follow the Spark Tank Pitch Fest Journey of two Spark Tank Pitch Fest participants- Good Dirt Collective and Quetzalli Shop:

About Good Dirt Collective: Founded by Kasey Jackson, Christy Manning, and Jorden Collins, Good Dirt Collective is a nonprofit rooted in the mission to walk alongside young women who have aged out of the foster care system—specifically those ages 18–25 who often face life without a support network. Through mentorship, and community-building, the program creates safe spaces where these women can grow emotionally, practically, and spiritually. Good Dirt creates a space where young women can grow in confidence, develop practical skills, and begin to envision a future full of possibility. With their $10,000 Spark Tank Pitch Fest award, Good Dirt Collective is purchasing a new kiln so the young women in their program can increase their production of pottery pieces!

About Quetzalli Shop: Quetzalli Shop, founded by Karina Orocio, is a Latina-owned business uplifting Indigenous women artisans across Mexico through handmade, ethically sourced goods. Every piece in the shop is created by women from various regions in Mexico, with the purpose of preserving cultural traditions while providing economic opportunity and stability. With $3,000 in Spark Tank funding, Quetzalli plans to expand its platform—supporting more artisans, hosting cultural storytelling events, and educating the community about the value of craftsmanship.

What is Spark Tank?

At the Center for Community Transformation (CCT), we believe the answers to our region’s greatest challenges are often found among our neighborhoods. Spark Tank Pitch Fest is part of our Spark Tank Program.

Spark Tank isn’t just about starting businesses—it’s about sparking hope, sustainability, and redemptive impact across the Central Valley.

Spark Tank is proof that our communities are full of changemakers—people with the vision and drive to build businesses that do more than make a profit. They’re building businesses that restore dignity, celebrate culture, and meet needs head-on.

When we invest in leaders from within, we all rise. Thank you to our partners, donors, judges, and every entrepreneur who stepped up to share their vision.
