Dear Partners,
At the Center for Community Transformation, we have the joy of watching everyday leaders do extraordinary things.
So far this year, 92 pastors, nonprofit leaders, and church members have joined our trainings to grow as leaders who serve their communities well. Over 100 entrepreneurs, many from rural parts of the Central Valley, have taken steps to launch businesses that meet real needs. In 54 school districts, administrators are equipped to more intentionally connect with students, families, and staff to help shape education in their neighborhoods.
None of this happens without you. Thank you for supporting CCT! Before we enter the second semester of 2025, please take a moment to read our Spring Semester impact report below. It’s full of real stories and impact made possible by your prayers, generosity, and belief in our mission.

19 Fresno Unified Schools are Implementing a Whole-Child Approach to Education: Community Schools Semester Recap
We believe every child in the Valley should have the chance to grow academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. That is why we support Community Schools, which bring schools and communities together to meet the needs of the whole child. This semester:

19 school sites partnered with CCT and Fresno Unified to complete comprehensive needs and asset assessments in each school’s neighborhood.

85 listening sessions were conducted with parents, staff, students, and community members.

11 counties and 54 school districts were supported across three regional trainings. CCT delivered 42 hours of training in collaboration with the Kern, Fresno, and Stanislaus County Offices of Education.
