We’re already stretched. How much work is this to run?

You only need one committed person to lead your group. The program is fully built, and our team walks you through everything. Trainers usually spend 3-4 hours per week preparing and leading. We also give you marketing templates, tech support, and admin tools to simplify your role.

How many people can we train at once?

Each license covers up to 20 learners per 7-week cohort. Most groups are 8-20 people. You can run multiple cohorts per year and grow as needed.

Can we charge participants? We have limited funding.

Absolutely. Many partners charge $25-$100 to help cover costs and increase learner buy-in. You keep 100% of those funds. LaunchPad does not take a percentage, ever.

What if our learners struggle with tech?

We’ve got you. Learners can complete the training online using our Software – or you can use printable binders for those more comfortable offline. We designed this with tech-challenged learners in mind.

What if something goes wrong?

We don’t leave you hanging. You get live coaching, technical help, and access to our support team. You also get step-by-step resources for every season – so your Trainer never has to wing it.
