Impact Labs

Nonprofit Leaders wear a lot of different hats, but do not always have the margin to think strategically for the long-term. This gap often strips their joy at mission. Impact Labs builds a connection to an ecosystem that equips leaders with practical tools and a community of practice to continue to have deep, meaningful impact for the long-term.

Non-Profit Impact Lab

Join with other faith-based, non-profit leaders and staff who want to enhance their organizations’ ability to achieve specific impacts that elevate both the beneficiaries of their work as well as the Directors and staff who carry out the work. Have honest conversations with those doing similar work about the challenges, while hearing from those who are seeing concrete fruit. Understand the difference between mere ethical leadership and a leadership and impact that is truly redemptive. All meals are included.

Event postponed. New dates to be determined.

Investment: $100 per person

The Redemptive Impact Accelerator (RIA) is a 3 1/2-month accelerator focused on the key components of leading a Nonprofit with a redemptive impact. We will cover Redemptive … Leadership, Storytelling, Programs, Teams, Boards, Funding, and Planning. Leaders are partnered with coaches who walk alongside the organizations throughout the experience. Nonprofit Leaders emerge with clear impact goals, and plans for their organizations leading to new levels of impact and sustainability.

The Redemptive Impact Accelerator (RIA) is a collaborative training provided by FPU Center for Community Transformation, and Every Neighborhood Partnership, in partnership with Praxis.
